About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the introduction of the Judicial code of the Republic of Armenia in force"

Article 1. The law of the Republic of Armenia "About the introduction of the Judicial code of the Republic of Armenia in force" of February 22nd, 2007, ZR-137-N to add with Article 2.1 of the following content:

"Article 2.1. To pension of the person who worked in judgeship of 10 and more years and dismissed on the bases provided by part Items 1 and 5 1, and also Item 2 of part 4 of article 167 of the Judicial code of the Republic of Armenia monthly surcharge in the amount of difference between 75 percent of the salary received on the last position held by it as the judge and national pension which is paid for the account of means of the government budget of the Republic of Armenia is established.

Use the right to the surcharge provided by part of 1 this Article also, retired from judgeship, judges are members of the former Supreme Court, the state arbitrators of the former State arbitration and the former national judges.

In case of calculation of pensions of member judges of the former Supreme Court the rates of official pay rates operating for judges of Court of cassation of the Republic of Armenia are assumed as a basis.

In case of calculation of pensions of the state arbitrators of the former State arbitration the rates of official pay rates operating for judges of Civil Appeal Court of the Republic of Armenia are assumed as a basis.

In case of calculation of pensions of the former national judges the rates of official pay rates operating for judges of court of law are assumed as a basis.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
