1. Approve the enclosed Rules of maintaining the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts.
2. Repeal the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 30, 2008 No. 291 "About approval of Rules of maintaining the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts".
3. To department of registration of regulatory legal acts and chiefs of territorial authorities of justice to take necessary measures for implementation of this order.
4. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2013.
