About modification of Rules of certification and registration of patent agents of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. In the Rules of certification and registration of patent agents of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Tajikistan of 09.06.09, No. 25 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan of 23.11.09, No. 551, to make the following changes:

The former employees of Patent authority having less than three years of length of service in the structure of Patent authority connected from registration by objects of industrial property and having length of service over a year in other structure of Patent authority take training courses on objects of industrial property in Patent authority and according to requirements of part of 5 these rules, proydyait certification and registration, receive the certificate for a period of five years".
