1. Make changes to Coefficients which are applied to rates of the Collection of cargo rates by rail within Ukraine and the related services approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of March 26, 2009 No. 317, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 15, 2009 for No. 341/16357 (of February 25, 2011 No. 8, having been reworded as follows them which are applied edition of the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

2. To provide to public administration of rail transport of Ukraine:

2.1. Submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

2.2. Promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Demidovich D. V.
