To the ministry of agricultural and water economy, the Ministry of Health, the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on ecology and environmental protection, the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on geology and mineral resources, the State inspectorate for supervision of geological studying of subsoil, safe operation in the industry, mining and the household sector under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent:
in week time to develop specific measures for ensuring realization of the Provision approved by this resolution and observance of its requirements by all water users and water consumers;
in a month to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with the Provision approved by this resolution;
provide control of rational use and protection of water resources, observance of procedure for water use and water consumption.
