2. To department of economy and finance:

2.1. In accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2.2. Provide promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of the introduction in operation of the Law of Ukraine "About seaports of Ukraine".
