2. To department of the economic analysis and strategic planning (Demchuk A. I.) in accordance with the established procedure to submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To State department of sea and river transport (Skvortsov G. P.) to bring this order to permission of the interested companies and the organizations.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Dunayev L. F.
