About modification of the Regulations on competitive selection of subjects of estimative activities

For the purpose of implementation of requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About assessment of property, property rights and professional estimative activity in Ukraine", enhancements of procedure for attraction of subjects of estimative activities - subjects of managing on the competitive beginnings I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Regulations on competitive selection of subjects of estimative activities approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of August 29, 2011 No. 1270, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 19, 2011 for No. 1096/19834, such changes:

to exclude the paragraph of the sixth of Item 1.7 of the Section I.

With respect thereto paragraphs of the seventh - to consider the eighteenth respectively paragraphs the sixth - the seventeenth;

the second and third offer of Item 2.5 of the Section II to exclude;

add Item 3.3 of the Section III with the new paragraph of such content:

"If the applicant out of time gave the corresponding document package or the tender documentation submitted to them is incomplete, the commission at meeting makes the decision concerning not admission it to participation in tender. According to the written application of the applicant the tender documentation prepared by it can be returned after approval of the minutes of the commission.".

2. To provide to the head of department concerning estimative activities of Department of coordination of development and accomplishment of program documents, assessment and the order with objects of state-owned property in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
