According to Item 8 of the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of June 30, 2011 No. 717 (with changes), and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the current legislation I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes in some regulatory legal acts of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine which are attached.

2. In five-day time after signing of this order in accordance with the established procedure to provide to the chief of Legal management of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine its submission on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
