About approval of the Regulations on centralized providing with medicines and products of medical appointment of the organizations of health care working in system of the Single payer

According to articles 13 and 17 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public procurements", for the purpose of rational use of the public funds allocated for program implementation of the state guarantees on providing citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic with the medical and sanitary help, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on centralized providing with medicines and products of medical appointment of the organizations of health care working in system of the Single payer.

2. To the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic and Fund of compulsory medical insurance under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in three-months time:

- bring the acts into accord with the Provision specified in Item 1 of this resolution;

- develop funding mechanism for insured persons through compulsory medical insurance in case of receipt of medical services by them, carry out public discussion on the matter and submit for consideration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of education, culture and sport of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
