About approval of basic structure of local public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

For the purpose of further enhancement of system of public administration the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed basic structure of local public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Taking into account features of social and economic development of administrative and territorial unit to grant to akims of areas, cities of Astana, Almaty and Shymkent the right of change of structure of local executive bodies is not more often than 1 time a year in the way:

1) creations of necessary structural divisions;

2) merges, accessions, separations of the structural divisions provided by basic structure of local public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by this resolution.

3. Taking into account features of social and economic development of administrativnoterritorialny unit to grant to akims of areas (the cities of regional value) in coordination with the akim of area the right of change of structure of local executive bodies is not more often than 1 time a year in the way:

1) creations of necessary structural divisions;

2) merges, accessions, separations of the structural divisions provided by basic structure of local public administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by this resolution.

4. To akims of areas, cities of Astana, Almaty and Shymkent within 10 working days from the moment of creation, reorganization of the relevant structural divisions specified in Items 2 and 3 of this resolution to notify the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other interested central state bodies.
