1. Approve "Payment types of work and (or) other income of parents assessed by children maintenance gained by them in manats and foreign currency" (are applied).

Payment types of work and (or) other income of parents assessed by children maintenance gained by them in manats and foreign currency

1. Children maintenance keep from the following payment types of work and (or) other income types received by parents in manats and foreign currency:

1.1. the salary which can be paid to the workers (including to part-time employees) working according to the employment contract (contract) including:

* the tariff (official) salaries issued by money or nature, the salary on time and price-work quotations and other wages systems;

* all types of salary supplements issued by money or nature;

* the awards issued by money or nature;

* the salary issued by money or nature for overtime work and also for work on the weekend, ballot days, the holidays which are considered as non-working days and in day of national mourning;
