1. Approve the enclosed Rules of forming and maintaining the single database on production and turnover of oil products.

2. To the ministry of oil and gas of the Republic of Kazakhstan (under approval):

1) to determine the list of responsible persons for forming and transfer of data in ten-day time from the date of signing of this order;

To inform 2) on changes in the list of responsible persons no later than three days from the date of corresponding changes.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Dalenov R. E.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing.
