DECIDES:

1. Approve:

Regulations on the organization and functioning of bodies of the State Tax Administration according to appendix No. 1;

changes and additions which are made to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova No. 46 of January 19, 2001. "About payment terms of work of employees of the State Tax Administration on the basis of the Single scale of charges" (The official monitor, 2001, Art. No. 8-10, 83), according to appendix No. 4;

the list of the invalid orders of the Government of the Republic of Moldova according to appendix No. 5.

2. Establish the extreme number of staff in general on bodies of the State Tax Administration in number of 1892 units from which for the Main State Tax Service - in number of 245 units, including support personnel in number of 11 units, and for territorial and/or specialized state tax authorities - in number of 1647 units, including support personnel in number of 86 units, with the salary fund according to provisions of the current legislation.
