About entering of amendment and change into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 26, 2006 No. 665

According to Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 4, 2013 "About entering of amendment into the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 28, 2006 No. 126" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 155

1. Bring in Regulations on procedure for provision of discounts from the created training cost to the students and pupils getting secondary vocational education, in public institutions of education and the sizes of these discounts, approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 26, 2006 No. 665 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 86, 5/22363; 2012, No. 6, 5/35057), following amendment and change:

1.1. add Item 2 with subitem 2.8 of the following content:

"2.8. being winners and prize-winners of the Olympic, Paralympic, Deflimpiysky Games, World Cups and Europe, the world Universiades.";

1.2. state Item 5 in the following edition:

"5. Discounts are provided to the students and pupils specified in subitems 2.2-2.8 of Item 2 this provision on condition of obtaining in all objects of marks not lower than 6 (six) points, including marks by results of examination, the differentiated offsettings, the term papers and projects, all types the practician provided by the curriculum, marks on the disciplines which are not submitted for examinations for academic year in the amount of:

40 percent from the created training cost - for the students and pupils specified in subitems 2.2-2.7 of Item 2 this provision;

60 percent from the created training cost - for the students and pupils specified in subitem 2.8 of Item 2 this provision.".

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
