According to the Law of Ukraine of November 20, 2012 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning regulation of town-planning activities" I ORDER to No. 5496-VІ:
1. Approve Changes to the Procedure for development of the project documentation on construction of facilities approved by the order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine of May 16, 2011 No. 45 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing of Ukraine of March 23, 2012 to No. 122) registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 1, 2011 for No. 651/19389, which are applied.
2. To department of normative legal regulation (Ishutko of Page Yu.) together with Development department of construction activities, pricing and economy of construction () submit to P. I. Guben in accordance with the established procedure this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Isayenko D. V.
