1. Approve the List of the vehicles, self-propelled machines and mechanisms, watercrafts and locomotives used on the railroad, which are subject to state registration and (or) accounting in the Republic of Tajikistan taxable it (is applied).

2. State registration, carrying out annual technical inspection of vehicles, control of payments of taxes from vehicles and submission of reports to tax authorities is assigned to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan.

3. Enact this resolution since January 1, 2013.
