These rules of acceptance for operation of power facilities of power plants, power and thermal networks after technical arms (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 30) of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 2004 "About power industry" and determine procedure for acceptance for operation of power facilities of power plants, power and thermal networks after technical arms.
2. In these rules the following basic concepts are applied:
1) the supplier - the producer or the supplier of power facility and (or) its constructive part having information on procedure for installation, start and operation of power facility and (or) its constructive part;
