About approval of some regulatory legal acts in the field of forestry

In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 30, 1998 No. 693 "About application of the Forest code of the Azerbaijan Republic approved by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 30, 1997" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "Rules of maintaining the state statistical reporting of forestry" and "Procedure for involvement of physical persons and legal entities to suppression of wildfires".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

Rules of maintaining the state statistical reporting of forestry

1. These rules regulate maintaining the statistical reporting in the field of forestry taking into account its specific features and are applied in the organization of single state information system.

2. In the statistic reports constituted by the forestry and landscape companies the following performed works are considered:

* the forest landings and crops, actions promoting natural recovery of the woods, production of wood pulp on sites of cabins by types of cutting areas, cleaning of the wood;

* cases of violation of fire-proof rules, the number of fires, the burned-down sites, the reasons of the happened fires;

* amount and monetary value of the performed forestry and landscape works;

* protection of the woods against wreckers and diseases;

* procurement of wood by types of cabins, waste of the prepared wood, abuse of regulations of cabins, clearing of sites from felling remaining balance;

* total number of workers at the forestry and landscape companies, their salary, amount, terms and cost of piece works.
