1. Approve:
1.1. The unified form of the Inspection statement of observance of requirements of the sanitary legislation in the field of drinking water and drinking water supply of the population which is applied.
1.2. The unified form of the Inspection statement of observance of requirements of the sanitary legislation on industrial enterprises which is applied.
1.3. The unified form of the Inspection statement of observance of requirements of the sanitary legislation in preschool educational institution which is applied.
