About introduction of temporary ban on export of rawhide from the territory of the Republic of Belarus
According to article 8 of the Agreement on procedure for introduction and application of the measures affecting foreign trade in goods on single customs area concerning the third countries of June 9, 2009 the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that the export ban of the raw skins of cattle * (code of 4101 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Customs union) from the territory of the Republic of Belarus is imposed from June 20 to December 20, 2013.

2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in accordance with the established procedure:
notify the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of this resolution of prohibition specified in Item 1;
submit the offer on application of the measures specified in Item 1 of this resolution, other state members of the Customs union for consideration of the Eurasian economic commission.
