In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About fundamentals of town planning" of August 30, 1999 the No. 187 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve the List of town-planning programs, the Procedure for their consideration and approval" it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

List of town-planning programs

1. The development program of the inhabited places of the republic within regional systems.

2. Sustainability programme of the inhabited places and regulation of migratory process.

3. The development program of the inhabited places of border areas.

4. The housing development programme providing normal conduct of life of urban and rural population.

5. Development program and expansions of roads of the state value.

6. Long-term programs of performance of works, the buildings connected with approval of actual state of seismostability located in the territories, first of all residential and other appointment which are in critical condition and constructed without seismostability measures and also their certification from the seismological point of view and carrying out in need of the relevant engineering activities in the buildings needing constructive strengthening.
