For the purpose of implementation of subitem 44-5) of article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About education" of July 27, 2007 I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Standard rules of activities of types of the preschool organizations.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 28, 2009 No. 27 "About approval of Standard rules of the organization of activities of family kindergartens, the complexes "school-kindergarten", offices of correction and inclusive education of children of preschool age, counseling centers for parents" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 5550, No. 31 published in the Yuridicheskaya Gazeta newspaper of February 27, 2009 (1628)).

3. To department of preschool and secondary education (Zhontayeva Zh. A.) provide:

1) in accordance with the established procedure state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) after passing of state registration official publication of the present having ordered to mass media;

3) bringing this order to data of the organizations of education.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-minister Abenov M. A.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.
