1. Take into consideration that:

according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 23, 2011 No. 267 "About measures for further development of the Republican center of social adaptation of children" in 2012 is created the Fergana regional branch of the Republican center of social adaptation of children (further - the Center) in the city of Fergana and in 2013-2014 creation of regional branches of the Center in the cities of Qarshi and Samarkand is provided;

The center in accordance with the established procedure approves the Standard provision "About Regional Branches of the Republican Center of Social Adaptation of Children";

financing of activities of regional branches of the Center, including content of one unit of the vehicle, is performed within the budgetary appropriations provided in parameters of the Government budget on the sphere "Education" for the corresponding year.

2. Approve Standard structure of regional branches of the Center according to appendix, having established the extreme number of their workers in number of 43 units, including managerial personnel-9 of units.

3. To the center together with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
