About modification and amendments in the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 978
For the purpose of implementation of the paragraph of third subitem 16.2 of Item 16 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 12, 2013 No. 168 "About some measures for optimization of system of state bodies and other state organizations, and also the number of their workers" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 978 "Questions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 130, 5/22727; 2007, No. 253, 5/25990) following changes and amendments:
1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:
1.1.1. in Item 3 of the word "this Provision" shall be replaced with words "including this Provision,";
1.1.2. in Item 5:
in subitem 5.1 of the word "in the field of foreign economic activity" shall be replaced with words "in the field of the foreign economic and foreign trade activity";
in subitem 5.5 the word "physical" shall be replaced with words "citizens of the Republic of Belarus";
state subitem 5.12 in the following edition:
"5.12. coordination of activities for interaction with the World Trade Organization and works on accession of the Republic of Belarus to it;";
in subitem 5.14 of the word "to other legal entities and physical persons of the Republic of Belarus and foreign partners" shall be replaced with words "to other organizations and citizens of the Republic of Belarus, and also foreign partners";
state subitem 5.16 in the following edition:
"5.16. coordination of foreign trade policy and work on forming of trade regime of the Republic of Belarus in the relations with foreign states;";
add Item with subitem 5.19 of the following content:
