1. Approve enclosed:

- standard structure and number of staff of offices of the city halls of the cities of district value;

2. Determine that the expenses connected with change of standard structure and the number of staff of executive bodies of local self-government are provided at the expense of means of local budgets.

3. Recommend to local government bodies to refrain from set of staff employees with their content at the expense of special means or other sources of financing.

4. Recommend to executive bodies of local self-government of the cities of district value - to transform town council to city administration.

5. Recognize invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of standard structure and the number of staff of executive local government body of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 4, 2009 No. 726;

- Item 5 of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the electoral commissions on elections and referenda of the Kyrgyz Republic" of July 12, 2011 No. 383.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of organizational and inspection work and territorial administration of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
