About enhancement of management of republican road economy

For the purpose of optimization and increase in overall performance of republican road economy and according to Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 4, 2012 "About procedure for the order state-owned property" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 294

1. Transfer to the economic jurisdiction of the republican unitary enterprise "Belavtodor" the stocks of joint-stock companies owned by the Republic of Belarus according to appendix 1.

2. From appendix to the Regulations on the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 985 "Questions of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 141, 5/22781; 2011, No. 73, 5/34017), Items 44-51, 56, of 57, of 67, of 68, 78-81, 87, 90 and 95 to exclude.

3. Take into consideration information of the Ministry of Transport and Communications on creation of Belavtodor holding as which managing company the republican unitary enterprise "Belavtodor", with inclusion in the list of members of this holding as subsidiary companies of the joint-stock companies specified in appendix 1 to this resolution will act.

4. To the Ministry of Transport and Communications:

reorganize according to the legislation the republican unitary enterprise "Belavtodor" by accession to it of the state organizations according to appendix 2;

take other measures for implementation of this resolution.
