Some questions of motor transportations of passengers and loads

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for stop of the vehicle which performs motor transportations of passengers and loads, officials of Public service on safety on transport and its territorial authorities which is applied.

2. Bring in the Procedure of the state control on road transport approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 8, 2006 No. 1567 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 45, Art. 3011; 2009, No. 19, Art. 602, No. 78, Art. 2641; 2012, No. 45, the Art. 1761), changes which are applied.

Procedure for stop of the vehicle which performs motor transportations of passengers and loads, officials of Public service on safety on transport and its territorial authorities

1. The stop of the vehicle which performs motor transportations of passengers and loads (further - the vehicle) during conducting raid checks (check on the road) is performed by the official of Ukrtransbezopasnosti or her territorial authority (further - the official) in uniform by means of alarm disk (staff).

2. Officials shall before exit to raid check (check on the road) to undergo the corresponding instructing taking into account features of the specific region, area and direction on check. For accounting of instructing the magazine in form according to appendix 1 to this Procedure on which start and end dates of its maintaining are put down is kept.
