About measures for further streamlining of rendering of services of the international air transportation
For the purpose of further enhancement of implementation of air tickets by national air carriers to residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Approve:
The provision "About Procedure for Rendering of Services of Air Transportation by National Air Carriers in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan" according to appendix No. 1;
The list of categories of persons by which implementation of air tickets by national air carriers in cases when the starting point of departure is in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, is performed for national currency of the Republic of Uzbekistan, according to appendix No. 2.
2. Recommend to the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with commercial banks in ten-day time to provide installation of settlement terminals in agency networks on rendering of services of air transportation.
3. The state inspectorate of the Republic of Uzbekistan for supervision of safety of flights to establish tough control of observance of conditions of intergovernmental agreements by foreign air carriers about air traffic.
4. Make since July 15, 2013 change and amendments to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of August 1, 2011 No. 224 "About measures for streamlining of rendering of services of air transportation" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2011, No. 8, the Art. 68) according to appendix No. 3.
