Approve the Program of the advancing development of transport, production and engineering and communication infrastructure of SIZ "Jizzakh" developed by the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance and Gosarkhitektstroy of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with SAC of Uzbekenergo, JSC Uztransgaz, the Uzkommunkhizmat agency, khokimiyats of the Jizzakh and Syr Darya regions for 2013 - 2015 (further - the Program), including:
the main target indicators of the Program according to appendix No. 1;
actions for construction and reconstruction of sections of highways and railway infrastructure for SIZ "Jizzakh" according to appendices No. No. 2 and 3;
actions for development of water supply system, irrigation and the sewerage for SIZ "Jizzakh" according to appendix No. 4;
