About recognition voided some orders of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship and the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine
For the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine we ORDER:
1. Recognize invalid:
the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship and the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine of November 14, 2001 No. 132/336 "About approval of Licensed conditions of carrying out the economic activity connected with industrial catch of fish on industrial sites of fishery reservoirs, except internal reservoirs (ponds) of farms", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 29, 2001 for No. 995/6186;
the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship and the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine of August 05, 2004 No. 90/284 "About entering of amendments into Licensed conditions of carrying out the economic activity connected with industrial catch of fish on industrial sites of fishery reservoirs, except internal reservoirs (ponds) of farms", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 12, 2004 for No. 1008/9607.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of the state regulatory policy and development of entrepreneurship of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine and Department of livestock production of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
