According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 03, 2006 "About approval of the Procedure for providing the military personnel and members of their families by premises" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for providing the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and members of their families by premises I ORDER to No. 1081:

1. Approve Changes to the Instruction about the organization of providing the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and members of their families premises approved by the order of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine of November 30, 2011 No. 737, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on January 10, 2012 for No. 24/20337, which are applied.

2. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

Changes to the Instruction about the organization of providing the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and members of their families with premises

"In the absence of the need for provision of premises for specially adapted barracks for arrangement of military unit for the military personnel of ordinary, sergeant and foreman structure who passes military service under the contract and are not married, the specified rooms according to the decision of the commander of military unit are provided to faces of officers in their written consent.";
