1. Approve Changes to the Rates for transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo baggage by rail in the international message approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine of March 19, 2008 No. 306, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 21, 2008 for No. 238/14929 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To provide to public administration of rail transport of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective since July 01, 2013, but not earlier than day of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Demidovich D. V.
