About approval of structure of the Qualifier of occupations of the Republic of Moldova
According to Regulations (EU) and for the purpose of updating of the existing classification of occupations in the Republic of Moldova and its reductions in compliance with the International standard classification of occupations – ISCO-08 the Government DECIDES: No. 1022/2009 of the Commission of October 29, 2009
1. Approve structure of the Qualifier of occupations of the Republic of Moldova it (is applied).
2. Authorize the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family to organize together with the interested departments development and approval by the order of the ministry of the Qualifier of occupations of the Republic of Moldova at the level of occupations, six signs, with its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
3. Determine that the Qualifier of occupations of the Republic of Moldova is used in all economic and social areas and is obligatory for all bodies of the central and local public authority, budget units, for the companies, the organizations and organizations, irrespective of type of property and form of business, the organizations of the employers and the trade-union organizations, the professional and political organizations, funds, associations and other physical persons and legal entities operating in the territory of the Republic of Moldova when filling official documents in all cases when specifying of occupation is required.
4. To provide to the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family according to requests of users updating of the Qualifier of occupations of the Republic of Moldova according to changes which happen in structure of national economy and in the current legislation.
