According to subitem 4.3.7 of subitem 4.3 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 12, 2011 No. 581, and the paragraph third the subitem "b" of Item 2 of Powers of the central executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations, executive bodies of city councils concerning price regulation and rates for separate types of products, goods and services (appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 1548) I ORDER to No.:

1. Approve Changes to the Rates for transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo baggage by rail in the internal message approved by the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of March 19, 2012 No. 170, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 23, 2012 for No. 447/20760 (with changes) which are applied.

2. To provide to public administration of rail transport of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective since July 01, 2013, but not earlier than day of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Demidovich D. V.

Changes to Rates for transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo baggage by rail in the internal message

1. In the Section I:

1.1. The paragraph one of Item 1.3 to state in such edition:

"1.3. Indexation in the amount of 1,1 is applied from 01.10.2013 to the fare of passengers in general, couchette and compartment cars of trains of the internal message (Section II).".

1.2. State Item 1.9 in such edition:

"1.9. Fare of passengers in cars of 1st, 2nd and 3rd classes of the day high-speed train of Intersiti (IS) is determined by multiplication of fare respectively in compartment, reserved seat and general cars of the fast train on 1,6 coefficient.

Fare of passengers in the car of the 2nd class of the high-speed train of Intersiti + is determined (IS+) by multiplication of fare in couchette car of the fast train on coefficient from 01.07.2013 - 1,82, from 01.10.2013 - 1,67".

1.3. Add Item 1.12 with words and figures "and in the trains "Night Express" (NE) by multiplication of fare in the corresponding car on 1,2 coefficient".
