About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 27, 1997 No. 939

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 27, 1997 No. 939 "About approval of the Procedure for liquidation of the unprofitable coal-mining and uglepererabatyvayushchy companies" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1997, number 35, page 103; 2002, No. 28, Art. 1317; 2006, No. 6, Art. 308, No. 21, Art. 1564; 2007, No. 41, the Art. 1617) changes which are applied.

Approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 3, 2013 No. 464
1. In the resolution:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in introductory part of the resolution of the word "Ministries of the Coal Industry of Ukraine" ", the central executive bodies belonging to the sphere of management which provide forming and realize state policy in coal and industrial complex";
2) in Item 2:
in paragraph one of the word "Ministries of the Coal Industry" shall be replaced with words "Ministries of Energy and Coal Industry";
in the paragraph the second to "The ministry of the coal industry" shall be replaced with words words to "Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry".
2. According to the procedure of liquidation of the unprofitable coal-mining and uglepererabatyvayushchy companies, approved by the specified resolution:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 1 of the word "Ministries of the Coal Industry of Ukraine" ", the central executive bodies belonging to the sphere of management which provide forming and realize state policy in coal and industrial complex";
