1. Make change to Item 13 of the Procedure for state registration of wills and heritable agreements in the Heritable register approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 11, 2011 No. 491 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 35, Art. 1459; 2012, No. 90, the Art. 3651), having added it with the paragraph of such content:

"The wills certified by officials who are specified in article 37 of the Law of Ukraine "About notariate", and transferred to storage to the public archive institutions, archives departments of city councils are subject to free state registration in the Heritable register by giving by organizations, departments Gosinformyusta or to his branches of statements for registration of such wills, form and the requirement to which filling establishes Ministry of Justice.".

2. Provide till June 1, 2014:

To the public archive agency - registration in the Heritable register of the wills (changes to them, data on cancellation of wills) certified by officials who are specified in article 37 of the Law of Ukraine "About notariate", and transferred to the introduction to operation of this resolution on permanent storage to the public archive institutions and also to take measures to registration in the specified Register of wills which are stored in archives departments of city councils;

To the Ministry of Justice - registration in the Heritable register the state company "Information center" of the wills (changes to them, data on cancellation of wills) specified in the paragraph the second this Item.
