Approve the Procedure for creation of the unified end-to-end plan of creation of sample (system, complex) arms, the military and special equipment which is applied.

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of development, approval and approval of the unified end-to-end plan of creation of sample (system, complex) arms, the military and special equipment and its components.
Action of this Procedure does not extend to the activities connected with creation and production of gas, sports, hunting, alarm, collection and demilitarized weapon and ammunition (cartridges) to it, components and materials of all-technical appointment which are applied to production of arms, the military and special equipment and their components, and also special technical means for removal of information from communication channels, other means of secret receipt of information for requirements of prospecting, counterprospecting and law enforcement agencies.
2. In this Procedure the terms below are used in such value:
military equipment - technical devices and means (systems, complexes, samples of products) which are intended for maintaining and ensuring fighting, management and ensuring functioning of military divisions, training of their staff, the equipment and the equipment for testing and control of such devices and means, and also other technical means, devices, the equipment and objects which are specially made and/or structurally intended for end use in the military purposes;
