Approval of the action plan containing the schedule of complete introduction into circulation of biometric passports according to standards of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) including by means of diplomatic representations and consular establishments of the Republic of Moldova, accredited abroad, and gradual conclusion from turnover of the passports which are not meeting ICAO standards
