About registration of the prices of the producer for drugs  

For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of the Law on pharmaceutical activities No. 1456-XII of May 25, 1993 (No. 59-61, of the Art. 200), with subsequent changes and amendments is repeatedly published in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, the Law on drugs No. 1409-XIII for December 17, 1997 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, to Art. No. 52-53, 368), with subsequent changes and amendments, the Orders of the Government No. 603 of July 2, 1997 about approval of the Regulations on pricing on drugs and other pharmaceutical and parafarmatsevticheky products, the Orders of the Government No. 525 for June 22, 2010 about approval of the Regulations on approval procedure and registration of the prices of the producer for drugs, and also for providing economic and social consumer interests I ORDER:    

1. Approve the list of drugs with the prices of the producer and include them in the National Catalogue for one calendar year (appendix No. 1).    

 2. Approve recalculation of the prices of generics owing to registration of the price of original drugs and include them in the National Catalogue for one calendar year (appendix No. 2).    

3. Post this order on the website of the Ministry of Health and Agency of drugs and medical equipment.    

4. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.    

5. I impose control over accomplishment of this order on myself.
