About approval of the Regulations on procedure for optimization of the size of the parcel of land of farm and its liquidation
In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of October 22, 2012 No. UP-4478 "About Measures for Further Enhancement of the Organization of Activities and Development of Farming in Uzbekistan" and for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the rights and legitimate interests of farms in the course of optimization of the sizes of their parcels of land, the Cabinet of Ministers decides creations of reliable system of guarantees of observance of regulations of the legislation in case of liquidation of farms:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for optimization of the size of the parcel of land of farm and its liquidation, according to appendix.
2. Assign to the Chairman of the board of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, hokim of areas and areas (cities) the personal responsibility for carrying out optimization of the sizes of the parcels of land of farms in strict accordance with requirements of the legislation.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on Information analysis department concerning agricultural and water economy, conversion of agricultural products and consumer goods of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
