In pursuance of the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 19, 2012 "About results of work on implementation of the Agreement on the single principles and regulations of activities of subjects of natural monopolies of December 9, 2010" the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved No. 26:

1. Approve enclosed:

The step-by-step plan of forming of the Common economic space concerning spheres of natural monopolies (in sectoral (industry) section);

Criteria and procedure for carrying out monitoring of implementation of the step-by-step plan of forming of the Common economic space concerning spheres of natural monopolies (in sectoral (industry) section);

Coordination methods (developments and realization) decisions of the national authorities concerning spheres of natural monopolies.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
