1. Approve the enclosed procedure for placement of data on the income, expenses, about property and obligations of property nature of separate categories of persons and members of their families on the official sites of federal state bodies, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and the organizations and provisions of these data to the all-Russian mass media for publication.

2. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for consideration by presidium of Russian President's Council for Countering Corruption of the questions concerning observance of requirements to office (official) behavior of persons, replacing the state positions of the Russian Federation and separate positions of the Federal State Service, and settlement of conflicting interests, and also some addresses of citizens, approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of February 25, 2011 No. 233 "About some questions of the organization of activities of presidium of Russian President's Council for Countering Corruption" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 9, Art. 1223; 2013, No. 14, the Art. 1670), change, having added with its Item 4.1 of the following content:

"4.1. If the statement, the conclusion and other materials specified in item 4 of this provision contain the good causes allowing to draw conclusion that the reason of non-presentation by person replacing the state position of the Russian Federation or position of the Federal State Service of data on the income, on property and obligations of property nature of the of the spouse (spouse) and minor children is objective and valid the chairman of presidium can make the decision specified in the subitem "an" of Item 16 of this provision. The conclusion and the decision made on its basis are brought to the attention of members of presidium at the next meeting.
