About statement of structure of the Interdepartmental commission on implementation of the State program on rendering assistance to voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation the compatriots living abroad

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of implementation of the State program on rendering assistance to voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation the compatriots living abroad I decide:

1. Approve the enclosed structure of the Interdepartmental commission on implementation of the State program on rendering assistance to voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation the compatriots living abroad.

2. Recognize to invalid:

Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of June 22, 2006 No. 637 "About measures for rendering assistance to voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation the compatriots living abroad" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 26, the Art. 2820);

The presidential decree of the Russian Federation of June 26, 2008 No. 1000 "About the chairman of the Interdepartmental commission on implementation of the State program on rendering assistance to voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation the compatriots living abroad" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 26, the Art. 3051);

Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of November 1, 2008 No. 1571 "About some questions of the Interdepartmental commission on implementation of the State program on rendering assistance to voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation the compatriots living abroad" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 45, the Art. 5192);

Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of June 30, 2009 No. 716 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the President of the Russian Federation concerning implementation of the State program on rendering assistance to voluntary resettlement to the Russian Federation the compatriots living abroad" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 27, the Art. 3341);
