   For the purpose of ensuring availability of patients to medicines for treatment of diabetes (insulin) and the glaucomas compensated from the funds of compulsory medical insurance and acquired from centralized sources of the Ministry of Health for decrease in incidence, disability and death rate of the population, according to the Law on health protection No. 411-XIII of March 28, 1995, the Law No. 1585-XIII of February 27, 1998 on compulsory medical insurance, the Law No. 263-XVI of October 27, 2005 on the rights and the patient's obligations, the Order of the Government No. 1372 of December 23, 2005 "About procedure  for compensation of medicines according to conditions of compulsory medical insurance", the National program for the prevention and fight against diabetes for 2011-2015 approved by the Order of the Government No. 549 of July 21, 2011 and also according to Section 9 of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Health, structure and the extreme number of staff of its central office approved by the Order of the Government No. 397 of May 31 2011, I ORDER: 

   1. Approve Regulations on the organization of access to medicines for the compensated treatment of diabetes (insulin) and glaucomas according to appendix.

   2. To the director of management of health care of the Chisinau local government board, director of head department of health care and social protection of ATO Gagauzia, to the head of department of health care of primeriya of municipium of Belts, heads of medical and sanitary organizations: centers of family doctors, district hospitals, centers of health, Republican clinical hospital, Institute of health protection of mother and child:
