1. Resolve customs clearance of goods in export regime on any boundary customs post without representation of permission for customs clearance of goods on other customs bureaus.
2. To assign execution of this Order to chiefs of customs bureaus.
3. To impose control of execution of this Order on management of the organization of customs control.
