About measures for further strengthening of material and technical resources of rowing sports in the Republic of Uzbekistan
For the purpose of the organization and high-quality holding the international competitions, rowing and rowing championships of Asia on kayaks and canoe in 2012-2013, and also further enhancement of infrastructure of rowing sports in the Republic of Uzbekistan the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Take into consideration that:
The Asian sports organizations for rowing sports make decisions on carrying out in 2013 of the rowing and rowing championships of Asia on kayaks and canoe in the Republic of Uzbekistan based on the rowing channel in the Samarkand region;
the sports equipment, stock, starto-finishing automatic system in set of the IMAS brand for rowing and canoe racing, water small size vessels are acquired at the expense of means of Federation of Uzbekistan of "ROWING & CANOE" and philanthropists.
2. Exempt from customs payments (except charges for customs clearance) the sports equipment which is not made in the Republic of Uzbekistan, imported within holding the international competitions, rowing and rowing championships of Asia on kayaks and canoe in 2012-2013, stock, starto-finishing automatic system in set of the IMAS brand for rowing and canoe racing, water small size vessels according to the list according to appendix.
Determine that, in case of inappropriate use of the imported sports equipment, stock, starto-finishing automatic system in set of the IMAS brand for rowing and canoe racing, water small size vessels, the released means are collected in the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan using penalties, stipulated by the legislation.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. I. Ikramov.
