1. Approve and enact since September 1, 2013:

The list of categories of persons having the right to preferential providing with medicines in case of out-patient treatment according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on procedure for preferential ensuring separate categories of persons with medicines in case of out-patient treatment, according to appendix No. 2.

2. To provide to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

finishing by the approved this resolution of the List and the Provision to data of medical institutions of the state health care system and pharmaceutical institutions;

in a month together with the Ministry of Finance approval of the list of the medicines intended for preferential providing in case of out-patient treatment and also reduction of departmental regulatory legal acts in compliance with this resolution;

 control of observance of the state health care system by medical institutions and drugstores of requirements of this resolution.

3. No. 185 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 06.04.2017
