ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About approval of the list of check points through Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan and stationary posts of transport control in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan

According to Item 3 of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 4, 2003 "About road transport" and Item 3 of article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 16, 2013 "About Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed list of check points through Frontier of the Republic of Kazakhstan and stationary posts of transport control in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
