No. 114-116, 565), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve the Framework regulations on the organization of activities of the communal intermediary, according to appendix.

2. Recommend to bodies of local public authority of the first level to approve own regulations on activities of the communal intermediary in settlements in which it is compact or together with other nationalities rums live.

3. To perform expenses on ensuring implementation of this resolution through transfers of special purpose from the government budget in local budgets I of level, the central budget of autonomous territorial education with special legal status and local authority budgets of Belts and Chisinau, and also from other sources according to the current legislation.

3-1. Annually, in the course of budgetary planning to represent the Agency of the interethnic relations to the Ministry of Finance of the offer concerning the number of communal intermediaries in each body of local public authority and the amount of the financial resources necessary for ensuring their activities.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Education, cultures and researches.
